If attention, organization, or follow-through have been difficult, Mirror Health Clinic offers comprehensive virtual evaluations and ongoing care from Columbus-area clinicians. Your initial appointment is a full one-hour evaluation, giving us time to understand your concerns, history, and goals. Treatment recommendations are individualized.

Self-pay is $200 for your first month and $100 per month thereafter.

What to expect
What happens during the first appointment?
Your clinician will spend about an hour learning about your current concerns, health history, daily life, and goals. The appointment is an evaluation, not a rushed checklist.
Do I need a previous diagnosis or records?
No previous diagnosis is required. If you have relevant records, you may be asked to share them securely, but you can begin by scheduling an evaluation.
What does the self-pay price include?
Your first month is $200 and includes the initial one-hour evaluation. Ongoing care and visits are $100 per month thereafter.
Where is virtual care available?
Mirror Health Clinic serves adults located throughout Ohio. The clinical team is based in the Columbus area.
What happens after the evaluation?
Your clinician will explain their assessment and discuss individualized recommendations and appropriate next steps with you.

When virtual care may not be the right setting
You must be located in Ohio and between 18 and 65.
Virtual care may not be appropriate for people with significant chronic physical health conditions, particularly heart or cardiovascular conditions.
It may not be appropriate if you are currently managing heavy alcohol or substance use.
This practice is not the right setting for a current mental health crisis or for people with a history of mania or psychosis.
