Virtual ADHD Care in Columbus — Is It the Right Fit For You?

Mirror Health Clinic is a Columbus-based practice offering fully virtual ADHD care across Ohio. Your care team is a nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a physician (MD) — local providers you can see from home. Virtual care is convenient and accessible, and for many people it's a great way to get consistent, ongoing support. But it isn't the right setting for everyone. Before you schedule, here's how we think about who's a good candidate — so your time, and ours, is well spent.

Virtual care with Mirror Health Clinic may be a good fit if:

  • You're located in Ohio.

  • You're between 18 and 65.

  • You're in generally good physical health, without significant chronic conditions — particularly heart or cardiovascular conditions. (ADHD medications can affect the cardiovascular system, so this is a safety consideration, not a formality.)

  • You're not currently managing heavy alcohol or substance use.

  • You don't have a history of mania or psychosis, and you're not currently in a mental health crisis.

If that sounds like you, you can schedule your appointment right here. You'll be able to choose the provider who best fits your schedule.
